The taste is great. If there are no preservatives how come the product lasts for such a long time? I think ideally u should cut apple and add tumeric. I would create a version that cuts the sugar (apple and coconut). I know u wantgood taste but…

Great question on the shelf life. LUME goes through a high-temperature, short-time process — a natural way to lock in freshness without a single additive or preservative. What's in the bottle is exactly what's on the label — ginger, apple, lemon, and coconut water. That's it.

On turmeric — we get it, it's a great ingredient. But LUME is built around ginger as the hero, and every other ingredient exists to support and balance it. Turmeric brings its own strong flavour and bitterness that would compete with that, pulling the formula away from what makes it work — something smooth and balanced enough to actually drink every single day.

The apple and coconut water aren't there for sweetness. They're what make daily use frictionless. That's the design.
